Artistic skill is the skill and technique involved in producing visual representations. It is true to say that it is a technique or craft; that is to say it is a set of techniques used by somebody in a particular field. was born in the western district of Mbarara, Uganda (E. Africa) and his is the youngest of the two sisters and a brother, he is a practicing artist in the equatorial districts of Uganda, and also teaching in two universities. His major works are in Computer-aided graphics, Ceramic, Paintings and History of Art.
