The impact of management concepts, scientific theories, technological developments & environmental impacts are inextricably & intricately intertwined around the consumer. Consumer Behaviour research & analysis along with imagination, intuition, excitement & satisfaction is called for, in management & marketing of the technologically advanced, chemicals: polymer and Glassfibre mat based, eco- friendly, green & safe material used for making innovative and revolutionary products- Reinforced Fibreglass Plastic (FRP or GRP). The advantages of FRP such as light weight, high tensile strength , mould-ability, resistance to corrosion, lower life cycle & maintenance cost, etc..., make it the material of 21 st century -used in all spheres. This research study provides the base for expansion & growth of FRP by understanding the potential customers for the various applications. It is the main tool for the managers, engineers, architects, builders and developers, govt. agencies & researchers (international & national) for decision making & framing marketing strategies. The customers of H.P., India, are the sample taken , for building the value projection hierarchy of FRP Products.
