A Study of Leadership Effectiveness, Job Satisfaction and

The study was conceptualized to investigate among coaches employed under different set up of government organisations on the Psychological parameters that are reflective of organisational environment on productivity, efficiency and working environment. The study was confined to investigate the coaches employed in central government, state government and universities of India. The subjects were selected from these organisations as per feasibility of data collection from each individual coach.For the purpose of the present study 90 male coaches 30 from each organisation were selected randomly. Based on conceptualization and formulation of this study, mainly three psychological variables were selected to investigate its status among coaches working under different organisational environment. These psychological variables were found to be highly relevant to investigate in relation to working environment in an organisation were Leadership effectiveness, Job satisfaction and Occupational stress, .
