A Study on Financial Performance of Banking Sector in India

The present book evaluated the performance of selected public & private sector banks in India by using CAMEL Model. Sample is selected on the basis of market capitalization, top 5 public & 5 private sector banks are selected for evaluating performance. It covered the period of 10 years from 2006-07 to 2015-16. Mean, Variance, Standard Deviation, ranking method, T test & Annova are used for evaluating the performance of banks.
