The prior motive of an investor is to create wealth with a weapon of investment through savings for the accomplishment of certain specified obligations. Sometimes it is crucial to understand the definition of investment and sometimes difficult to fulfill financial goals with the right instruments. In the investment concept risk and return are the most important fundamental elements. Both are highly correlated and associated with the volatility of the market. Generally, diversification helps investors align risk in their portfolio with some limits in potential returns.
