This book focuses on the interpersonal conflict management styles of the managers working at Amara Raja group of companies.The study concentrates on attitude, approach and practices of managers handling interpersonal conflicts among the employees of the organizations.Conflict can also be considered positive as it directs the organization towards growth and development, if properly managed. The traditional approach to conflict is changing day by day. Conflict is natural and it is to be managed effectively and constructively. It is observed from the findings that there is low positive significant impact of the interpersonal relationships on the awareness on the conflict management procedures. The hypothesis is proved to be accepted in the above aspects.
