A Tale of Two Superpowers: Nigeria and China Relations

This book is essential in understanding the role of China in West Africa. It covers China's strategy and role in the developing countries of West Africa. Nigeria's ambitions to transform its economy and become an African giant, may be obstructed with this partnership that is portrayed as a "win- win" cooperation. The aim of this research is to facilitate future investigations and permit deeper analyses of China's role in Nigeria. It will also open a new perspective in understanding the relation between both countries.

Born in Cotonou, Benin, I grew up in my country all my life with my family, until I went to the US to continue my further education. After completing my bachelor's degree at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, as a political Science major, my passion in international relations led me to pursue my Master at the University of San Francisco.
