ABC method applied to inventory control in a hardware store

This research allows to demonstrate the existing shortcomings in the inventory control of a hardware company located in via 40 in the city of Barranquilla, where the objective is to reduce the high costs for each unit of unsold products caused by excessive inventory, which in turn increases the stock. In addition, it seeks to contribute to a better detailed record of sales, to allow better decision making and have better action plans, in order to anticipate and determine the trend of products that may last a little longer in the storage area.
