Academic and Work Performance of Management Studies Graduates

Over the years, many Higher National Diploma graduates in Ghana have successfully completed the Management Studies programme. However, much is not known about their impact on the job after they have gone through series of courses at the Polytechnic. This book provides much details on the academic performance of Management Studies graduates and their performance at work, specifically in the Eastern and Central Regions of Ghana. The book also informs the Polytechnics and the National Council for Tertiary Education in Ghana on how appropriate their curriculum is for students in the Management Studies programme and its satisfaction to employers' requirements.

Louisa Nyamaah is a professional teacher. She obtained her M.Phil degree in Curriculum Studies from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, in 2010. She is currently teaching in one of the Senior High Schools in the Central Region of Ghana. She specialized in the teaching of Business subjects like Business Management and Financial Accounting.
