Acceptability of Equivalents the APLL the Field of Visual Arts

The present study has been conducted to investigate the extent of acceptability of equivalents approved by the Academy of Persian Language and Literature, in the field of visual art among technical translators and experts. In addition, Picht and Draskau's (1985) criteria of acceptability of terms were used as the major framework of the study. This book is helpful for translators who are interested in studying visual arts terminologies, and would serve as a guide for those who wish to work beyond the scope of this study.
