This study focuses on "the problem of the requirement of professional experience to young graduates in companies and private organizations in the city of Goma. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of its impact, its obstacles and its consequences for young graduates seeking their first job in the city. The three hypotheses that were verified during the research are: 1. the professional requirement on the job offers posted at the ONEM and at the office of the private companies of the city of Goma would be identical and very demanding in terms of duration of professional experience up to 10 years and more; 2. The political and economic obstacles would weigh more than those social and cultural and tribalism the main obstacles to access to the first job by young graduates of higher education in the city of Goma; 3. An application of multiple alternative solutions, would be imposed on the search for a single solution and single actor. After surveying the young graduates, the following results were obtained: 100% of the respondents affirmed the requirement of professional experience in the recruitment process.

Filho de um agricultor, SAFARI MWAKA Elie nasceu num certo sábado, 09 de Outubro de 1983, na pequena aldeia de Mogo, agrupamento de Chirunga, no território de KABARE, Província de SUD-KiVU, a 25 km da cidade de Bukavu, no Leste da República Democrática do Congo. Em 1985, após dois anos do meu nascimento, como os meus pais eram agricultores, nasci na aldeia de Chirunga.
