Accessibility to international environmental justice (DRC)

Access to justice in environmental matters aims at allowing individuals and associations to access justice in case of environmental damage. When we make a reading on the environment, we understand that it constitutes the place of human development. Man is its creation in the sense that his existence depends on it. Human nature pushes man to contribute most often to the destruction, this framework remains protected on two aspects both international and national. In this perspective, we can read the will of the Congolese legislator to facilitate justice in environmental matters.
