Accountability & Transparency in Corporate Governance

One of the reasons for the emergence of modern management is the reduction of confidence in the public and private sectors. The accountability advantage of modern management approach is beneficial from the managerial and institutional point of view.. It is crucial to ensure honesty in management so that this mistrust against public administration and private governance can be overcome. Public and private institutions aim to achieve efficiency and efficiency. In this study; The role of accountability in evaluating e-government applications in the context of accountability practice and the ability to cope with corruption and fraud cases is described. Within the corporate governance principles published by the OECD and international organizations, the principle of transparency and disclosure of the public is prominent. These principles were established to establish standards for information policies for shareholders of companies and for all other stakeholders. Whether potential investors or all other stakeholders; the Company's objectives, management structures, policies and practices, future goals and expectations are expected to be informed within these principles.
