This book offers a unique perspective into action learning, highlighting the role of hierarchy, trust and politics in action learning sets. It examines how managers as learning set participants experience action learning and their preceived effectiveness of the action learning process. The research presented also offers a unique insight into the the skills required of facilitators of action learning sets and adds to existing knowledge of group processes in the field of organisational behavior.
Autorentext
Annie Yeadon-Lee is a senior lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at the University of Huddersfield Business School. She is also Course Director for the Business school''s Doctorate in Business/Public Administration. Annie has been involved in Action learning facilitation, both nationally and internationally, for the last ten years.
