This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Ad-hoc, Mobile and Wireless Networks, ADHOC-NOW 2014, held in Benidorm, Spain, in June 2014. The 33 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 78 submissions.
