Adapted method for modeling a RTM with parallel structure
Details
As a result of the analysis we can draw the following conclusions: 1. The systematization of analytical dependencies to determine probability characteristics and to predict the performance of RTMs can support the engineering of designing new or analyzing existing equipment under specific production conditions; 2. The performance of a parallel structure RTM depends on the order of service of the machines, under the same other conditions. At a specific ratio selected within the allowable range, an appropriate service scenario can be defined to provide a desired value for the performance of the RTM for specific operating conditions; 3. The performance of a RTM with a consistent structure does not depend on the sequence of servicing of the machines as it is set by the slowest machine in the module; 4. The decomposition method for solving probability models with linear graph is suitable to be used in the presence of technological equipment with close capabilities because of the specificity of the method of operating with average values of the operating and servicing times;
