Gerhard Köhler ist Principal Consultant IT Service Management bei der Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH mit jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung in den Bereichen Outsourcing und Outtasking auf Kunden- und Providerseite sowie auf Seiten der vom Outsourcing betroffenen Mitarbeiter. Werner Roth ist Principal Enterprise Architect bei NTT Data und verfügt über eine langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Ausschreibungen. Er war sowohl auf der Kundenseite als auch als Programmmanager und Pre-Sales-Berater tätig. Achim Schmidtmann ist Professor für Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Hochschule Bielefeld.
