First original idea covers "Hybrid Neuro-Fuzzy Based Adaptive Load Balancing for Delay-Sensitive Internet Application", Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (2005) and "Adaptive Per-application Load Balancing with Neuron-Fuzzy to Support Quality of Service for Voice over IP in the Internet", KES (2003). The other original idea was applied in " Application Oriented Flow Routing Algorithm for VoIP Overlay Networks",IEICE Transactions (2009).
