Adherence to Antiretroviral Therapy by Adolescents in Maseru Lesotho

Adherence to Antiretroviral Therapy is the only proven method to supress HIV and to prolong the lives of people living with the virus so far. Adolescents among other groups are faced with many influencing factors which inhibit them to adhere to the medication. This book explore and describe the factors which hinder optimal ART adherence by adolescents. The the book also explore the support which Social Workers provide to adolescents for the improvement of ART adherence.

Mafusi Claurinah Boopa is currently busy with her first novel as she is unemployed. She studied General Social Work (BA) at the National University of Lesotho.
