Administrative Act and Occupational Health and Safety of workers

The author makes an analysis of the legal norms that have incompletely or deficiently regulated over time the National Registry of Dismissal and Dismissal Sanctions, for which, in his opinion, he considers that the amendment to Article 242 of the General Administrative Procedure Law, made by Legislative Decree 1295, aims to strengthen and consolidate the information of the other registries of persons who are in a situation of disqualification.
