Emmanuel Ojogwu Abah, Doctor: Estudió Administración Pública en la Universidad Ambrose Alli de Ekpoma, Nigeria. Actualmente es profesor asociado en la Universidad Internacional de Kampala, Uganda. Nació el 5 de septiembre de 1966 en Ogbadibo, área de gobierno local de Benue, Nigeria, en el seno de la familia del Sr. Ojogwu Abah. Tiene un máster y un doctorado.
