In the college, the staff, the curriculum, methods of teaching, co-curricular activities, human relationship etc. largely depends on the administrative behavior of the principal. The way, the principal deals with the teachers, students, and other staff of the college plays a great role in creating the college climate. The findings of the book are mainly based on field survey.
