Administrative summary and protective action

As a student of the prestigious National University of Loja, Law Degree, I have proposed the study of this subject, as I have proposed the development of the present topic with the purpose of analysing the circumstances in which an administrative summary is initiated against the worker MÓNICA DEL ROCÍO MONTEROS DONOSO, arising from the fact that the aforementioned worker allegedly made a statement addressed to the Minister of Sports, where it is stated that "there is an unfounded and slanderous complaint, with false assertions, seriously compromising the public image of the sports institution, such as lack of honour, lack of respect, lack of confidence and lack of trust in the public image of the institution". Minister of Sports, where it is stated that "there is an unfounded and injurious denunciation, with false assertions, seriously compromising the public image of the sports institution, as well as damaging the honour, prestige and good name of the current directors of the Loja sports federation", It should be emphasised that it has not been possible to determine which are the alleged insulting terms or false assertions, nor is it individualised to which person or official such assertions are made, because from my point of view a summary procedure is issued without asserting the alleged accusation that could seriously damage the image and honour of the officials and the Institution.
