Adolescence and family communication

Family communication allows its members: Grow, develop, mature, resolve conflicts, understand each other and society.To communicate is: To make the other participant of what one thinks, feels and does, therefore, this is an indispensable element for the relationship between the couple, or father, mother, sons and daughters to be sincere and solid. When family communication is effective, attention is paid between the couple and between sons and daughters and at all times, information, explanations, affection and feelings are given; when a father or mother addresses his or her children, the words or gestures should be accompanied by a smile or a sweet gesture.A very important way to communicate with children is to share games, because through these games joy, happiness and fun are communicated.Creating a climate of communication in the family is not an easy task, it is the parents who have to introduce, from the time they are children, spaces and mechanisms that facilitate communication and harmonious coexistence, so that when they reach adolescence, they can enjoy the space formed and conquered through a process of teaching and learning through trial and error.
