The author is a Professor of the Department of Agricultural Extension & Information System under Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), Dhaka. He obtained his PhD (Ag. Ext. Ed.) degree in March, 2009 from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh.
