In early 19th century, a blind system of economy was emerged with profit-motive and selfishness of human beings. The developing capitalism devoured greedily and indiscriminately the lives and squeezed the life juices of human being into the brimming vats of industrialism. Following, the overall crisis, great changes had been taken place in the economic system with consequent social effects. The cooperation that flows from social feeling, coupled with the economic rationale of synergistic effect of collective action, has led to the genesis of formal cooperation. In spite of its theoretical merits cooperation as an economic system still remains a dream. Except Israel, no country has so far evolved a structural model to organize the entire economy on cooperative lines. Moreover, it has set of values and principles designed to advance the cause of peace. Cooperative values and principles are more than commandments. This book, served as guidelines with a provocative analysis of predicament and a serious call to action. It provides development model of state within state and practical resource for every institutions' of all nations.
