Modern rotating structures original or cracked are becoming complicated, lightweight, strong and flexible aims reducing the inertia, manufacturing process and system cost. These proprieties and peformances required by the industrials and consumers make these structures subject to unwanted vibrations, needed the application of the stringent safety and reliability standards. The book focused on the exploitation of CAD/CAM, based on 3D-FEA in modeling, simulation and design-optimization of the Vertical Axis Wind Turbines VAWT, using SolidWorks Simulation software for predicting and accessing critical mechanical and structural parameters ensuring the stability and reliability of these machines. The book is intending for engineers and researchers in structure dynamics, providing answers to the dynamic behaviors of the VAWT in numerical and animation forms in development phase which avoid the prototyping and experimentation, complexes and costly.
