Advanced medical leadership course: A practical textbook for trainers

The aim of this book is to describe an accredited advanced medical and healthcare leadership training courses. The book serves as a compendium and a useful textbook for educators and professional trainers working in the fields of medical and healthcare leadership.During the first five days, the course will be aiming at introducing the main principles and concepts of medical leadership and the related concepts of healthcare leadership and, to provide the necessary understanding of other related concepts of healthcare management, and nursing leadership. In addition, to the necessary essential understanding of the principles of management and leadership in general.During the second five days, there will be the advanced course which is aiming at introducing more advanced concepts and topics related to medical and healthcare leadership, and to encourage the participants to be more active in taking leadership role and contributing to the improvement and innovation of their institutions and organizations.

Aamir Jalal Al-Mosawi, is advisor doctor and expert trainer at Baghdad Medical City and the National Training and Development Center of the Iraqi Ministry of Health. He is the Head of Iraq Headquarter of Copernicus Scientists International Panel. He a member of the advisory council the International Association of Medical Colleges (IAMC).
