Dr.Khedher A. Hmood was born in Baghdad, Iraq on January 1, 1967.He has obtained his PhD degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering in 2007. Since then he has been working as a senior lecturer and participated in different projects of communication. He is the author of several articles published in reputed journals.
