In this book strategies of organic synthesis and representative named reactions are discussed. Also language of explaination is kept very simple for absorbing the concepts. This book will prove to be useful for research students also. At the end sufficient number of examples are described for further understanding. Basic description of strategies for organic synthesis are mentioned so that it will create new ideas in student's mind.

Author has compleated his education from University of Pune. He has done his Ph.D. from National Chemical Laboratory. He has qualified NET and was JRF and SRF of CSIR. He is working as Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry and teaching for last 18 years. He is Life member of MES, Vice Princiapal and research guide at Nowrosjee Wadia College.
