Autorentext
Shadia J. Ikhmayies had received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the physics department at the University of Jordan in 1983 and 1987, respectively, and the Ph.D. in producing CdS/CdTe thin-film photovoltaic solar cells from the same department and the same university in 2002. She worked as a member of the academic staff in several universities in Jordan. Her research is focused on producing and characterizing semiconductor thin films and thin-film CdS/CdTe solar cells. Besides, she works in characterizing different materials by computation. She published 59 research papers in international scientific journals, 86 research papers in conference proceedings, and 3 chapters in books. She is the editor-in-chief/the editor of several books, the guest editor, and a member of the editorial board of several journals including JOM and the Journal of Electronic Materials. Shadia is a reviewer in 24 international journals and several international conference proceedings. She got several internationalawards from which are the TMS Frank Crossley Diversity Award 2018 and World Renewable Energy Congress 2018 Pioneering Award.
