Ali Keyvanfar has a Post-Doctoral and a PhD in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Currently, Dr. Ali is the Managing Editor of MIT-UTM Malaysian Sustainable Cities Programmed. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineering and International Hydropower Association, and has published more than 50 journals articles.
