African Renaissance in the Making

The purpose of this book is to promote human development and investment in people. The author advocates for self-generated growth and development through seven sectors intended to stimulate socio-economic and cultural growth. These are: Agriculture and Rural Development; Education and Training; Hygiene and Health; Culture and Tourism; Sports and Recreation; Building a Responsible Citizenship; and Advocacy and Benevolence. The book also addresses the mechanisms and intricacies of international investments; the management, exploration and exploitation of natural resources, which should serve for the development and thus, benefit the population and, finally it looks at the different instruments used for the financing of infrastructures in the world. To achieve this important process of change and quest for the peoples' well-being, young people and the population in general must adopt a growth-mindset.

Nato a Yaoundé, in Camerun, Guy ELESSA è un alto funzionario dell'amministrazione camerunese. Attualmente è Primo Segretario presso l'Alto Commissariato del Camerun a Londra e in passato ha ricoperto altri incarichi. Ha conseguito un master in Management pubblico e un altro in Relazioni internazionali. È il fondatore di ARITMA.
