Age Macular Degeneration and its associated factors, in Khartoum,Sudan

This current research project, is an expansion on my research article, "Age Related Macular Degeneration in Khartoum locality, Sudan", which was published in Open Science Journal. I'm in the process of expanding my findings through my current dissertation "Age-related macular degeneration and its associated factors, in Khartoum locality, Sudan". This dissertation is the first attempt to determine the status and prevalence and the associated factors in a specialized eye hospital of Khartoum, Makkah Eye Complex, which is contributing in alleviating the burden of eye diseases in Sudanese population. The study will also contribute to providing the status of ARMD in Khartoum, which causal factors remain a controversy worldwide.

Saleh Mohammad Sulaiman Harun, de parenté nigériane, né et vivant à La Mecque, en Arabie saoudite, est titulaire d'un baccalauréat en médecine et d'un baccalauréat en chirurgie en 2017 de l'Université des sciences médicales et de la technologie (UMST), à Khartoum, au Soudan. Il est actuellement interne en médecine sous l'égide du ministère de la Santé au Soudan.
