Agreement between Primary & Final Diagnosis

This book is abstracted form of a thesis which was done in IRAN. The Agreement between primary and final diagnosis will show the relationship between correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment.So it is too important how the physicians may achieve diagnosis. Because children haven't enough capacity to explain their problem, so it may be too difficult than adults. It may be depends on the power of the physicians.In this research we Examined this ability of physician by comparing the primary and final diagnosis by the chapter of International classification of Diseases (ICD-10).

I was born in IRAN, TEHRAN. My field is Health Information Management. I have 14 thesis in medicine with the medical practitioner. I have 20 article which was printed in journals, and i like to have many researches with other researcher in the world.
