This book is dealing with agricultural cooperative societies mainly the Oromo people who devoted their whole time to grow coffee without getting fair benefit.And also give the resolution for the main problems of primary cooperatives so as to hit their targets in changing the real life of poor rural people.In addition to this the book tries to touch what agricultural cooperatives looks like during the three regimes in Ethiopia.

Tesfaye Seifu Megersa was born in South Western Part of Oromia.He completed his high school from Sebeta Comprehensive Secondary School and joined Mekelle University and earned B.A degree in Management.He joined Addis Ababa University for his M.A degree and graduated in Masters of Public Policy and Management.Currently he is living in USA.
