Agricultural policy, a pair of wings for Kasaï-Central

One only has to glance at the image of the central region of the Democratic Republic of Congo to realize that this region in general, and Kasai-Central in particular, needs inspiring ideas if it is to emerge from the misery that has long plagued it. With this in mind, this book is a suggestion for initiatives that can lead this region to secure development, starting from the basics.
