The kavar plant is also called kovul in the vernacular. Capparis spinosa (Capparis spinosa L.) is a semi- shrub belonging to the Capparis family. Ripe fruit, leaves, stem and root bark are used in medicine. This article examines the characteristics of the kavar plant and the technology of canning from its fruit. The purpose of scientific research is to make the most of kavar and a number of similar medicinal plants and to find cure for many cancers in tobacco.
