O Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh é um Assistente. Prof. em Zoologia no CMP College. Trabalhou na produção de cogumelos e na tecnologia de degradação de agro-resíduos na Universidade VBSP. Mais tarde, completou o seu doutoramento em Zoologia pela B.H.U. e trabalhou na reprodução e endocrinologia de peixes. Depois do doutoramento, trabalhou como N-PDF em DU e também recebeu DSK-PDF na Índia.
