Aidan Watson (born 18 August 1986) is a footballer from Northern Ireland who currently plays for IFA Premiership side Crusaders as a midfielder. Watson started his career as a youth at Glentoran, before moving to Ards where he spent three seasons, making his senior debut at the age of just 16. He then moved to Ballymena United, becoming one of Tommy Wright's first signings. Despite an injury-blighted spell, he made over 100 appearances for the Braidmen. He joined Crusaders in the summer of 2010. After a slow start, he forced his way into the first team, scoring his first goal in the Irish Cup against Nortel.
