Air carrier liability under Congolese law

The question of air carrier liability remains less familiar to the general public. That's why we decided to write this book, which deals with this thorny issue governed by our positive law and whose main source is international air law. These include the international conventions governing this sector, as well as the international and regional institutions set up to regulate international traffic and bring order to the airspace operated by national and private airlines.This book contains an analysis of the doctrines and jurisprudence that contribute to the edification of researchers and operators in this sector, on the understanding that aircraft are devices that cause damage on the surface and in the air.
