Air quality: study on the presence of formaldehyde

Cancer and respiratory diseases such as allergies and asthma have increased considerably in recent years due to poor indoor air quality in homes, schools, offices and other environments where adults and children spend a large part of their time. Among indoor air contaminants, formaldehyde is the most abundant, present in large quantities in construction and decoration materials, especially those made of composite wood.
