AKSU-netbands: An Adaptive Bandwidth Utilization and Monitoring System

This research work monitors and utilizes the network to be able to track daily usage on the Network. Every user on the network has fixed bandwidth based on the category of user. Fifteen percent (15%) Bandwidth is rolled over to a user that has not used the allocated bandwidth for five working days. This system restrict windows update and streaming of online videos as a way of managing the available bandwidth.
