Albania: Communist Past and the European Future

This paper seeks to search, identify and analyze the causes and the difficulties of the journey that we began. In spite of the great desire to move forth in the right path, we must remember what we have been through. As one reads through the consecutive chapters, gets the impressions that there are two different papers. The paper unfolds not only two different periods of time and political systems, but sometimes it feels like you are reading about two different lives of two different nations. Even though they seem like two totally different things, they are the dark past and the present of a country. This present calls for courage and strength. Carefully made steps, along with hope, perspective and great motivation, will lead us to the European Albania.

She has graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Advocacy School, too. She won the academic title of Msc in the Legal Sciences. She has a notable experience in different NGOs and in advocacy practices. Actually she works at Municipality of Shkodra. She is first author and coauthor in a number of scientific publications.
