Algorithm for ALPR System

This book provides insight into the new technique to deal with an different constraints when aiming for a Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) system. License Plate (LP) extraction was an explored field but still needs to be optimized while considering lots of constraints. It's easy to deal with images but not for video data. Frames from the video might be not clear or blurred and even extracting license plate becomes too difficult. If extraction is not accurate then the recognition will of no use! So there are many constraints needs to be taken while dealing with video data and trying to extract LP from the video data automatically. To deal with all this constraints, a better approach is provided in the book which yields good results in difficult scenario also. Authors are thankful to the one's for providing their valuable time.
