Whether Yakov Bok and Morris Bober, Frank Alpine preserve their own personalities while they dream about and seek a better life but encounter many obstacles which come from alienation and cause agression and that make them persevering till they gain redemption?The two novels are analized by the main events of publising time of the books and the historical backgrounds of the stories.Sorrowful stories but well worth reading them to everyone because all the characters are very emotional, natural human beings and help to understand the human features which is not dependent on race or religion.Showing what way the authentic extraction of The Assistant can be used to teach reading comprehension for the secondary grammar students in the pedagological implication chapter.
