This book devoted to actual problems of otolaryngology and allergology: the prevalence, etiology and pathogenesis of allergic rhinosinusopathy. At the heart of allergic rhinosinusopathy may lie as true allergic and pseudoallergy mechanisms. In assessing the state of some indicators of immune response and microbiota of the nasal mucosa with allergic rhinosinusopathy were used differentiated approaches. Data processing carried out by means of software module "Allergic rhinosinusopathy", developed by the authors, and by the method of correlative adaptometry. The work is a good example of mathematical approaches in medical researches. The work is of interest to otolaryngologists, allergists, immunologists, gastroenterologists, internists and mathematicians.
