Alpinia Galanga "Rasna": An Important Medicinal Plant

The herbals have occupied a distinct place in the life right from the primitive period till date and in recent time there has been a marked shift towards herbal cures because of pronounced cumulative and irreversible reactions of modern drugs. Utilization of plants for medicinal purposes in India has been documented long back in ancient literature because they are essential to human survival. The present book was aimed at phytochemical and pharmacological evaluation of the aerial parts of Alpinia galanga 'Rasna'.

Ms. Garima Mishra has obtained her M.Pharm degree in Pharmacology in 2016 from DIPSAR (Delhi University). She received Academic excellence award in 2010 from DPC . She has 2 research and 1 review paper published in her name as a Research Scholar. She is also the member of ISPOR and has completed her training course on GCP" conducted by NIDA.
