Protecting workers from physical, chemical and biological risks is not the only thing that guarantees a safe and healthy working environment. It also protects against psychosocial risks that impact mental and physical well-being in the workplace. Giglliara S. M. Zancanella has a Master's degree in Public Management and a degree in Production Engineering from UFES. She is currently an Administration Assistant at IFES.
