Details

Development in Africa has got to a critical stage from the turn of the 21st century as a result of climate change impact and because of the lack of adaptive and mitigative capacity on the continent. Despite the fact that the problem of environmental crisis is not the making of the continent, the impact is much felt for the lack of technology, finance and human capital to address the challenges as pointed out by many students of the Third World states. As maintain by many students of climatology and development studies, the exact impacts of climate change is not yet known but the problem is that is caused mostly through anthropogenic of industrial revolution. Solution to this known cause should be human in the form of adaptation and mitigation.
